We are in need of four (4) Plumbers for new service installation under Customer Care and New Service Connection Division.

3. Work experience sheet (attachment to CS Form 212) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;

4. Photocopy of Diploma/Transcript of Records.

5. Photocopy of PRC license/CSC eligibility

6. Certificate from previous employment (if applicable)
