2. Request for Quotation 3-1023-051 (2nd Posting): For the Engagement of Services of a Certifying Body to Provide Re-Certification Audit for the Re-Issuance of ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and Surveillance Audits for the Quality Management System (QMS) of General Santos City Water District (GSCWD)

   Purpose: The purpose of this project is to engage the services of a Certifying Body (CB) that will conduct re-assessment and re-audit of GSCWD QMS for re-certification to ISO 9001:2015 Standard, together with the cycle of surveillance audits until the time for re-certification audit.

   ABC – Php 300,000.00
   Contract Duration – 3 years

   Advertisement – December 7 -10, 2023
   Pre-bid Conference – December 11, 2023, 1:30pm
   Deadline of Submission – December 18, 2023, 9am
   Opening of Bids – December 18, 2023, 9:30am

   Other Information:
   Bidders are encouraged to join the Pre-bid Conference for the discussion of the different aspects of the procurement.
   This project requires the sealed 2-envelope system – Documentary Requirements Component and Financial Component.
   Non-submission of required forms, and bids with missing, incomplete or patently insufficient shall be ground for ineligibility.
